Harvest cake from mike and chris perry

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Apples, cut up |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | Oil |
| Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Cloves | ||
| 1 | cup | Nuts |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 3 | cups | Flour |
Directions
Add the sugar to the cut up apples. Add spices. Then add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture, mix well, and pour into a large lightly greased bundt pan. Bake at 350F for about 1 hour (more or less) or until done and lightly brown. You can dust this with confectioner's sugar, or serve with whipped cream. Can be served warm or cold.
