Ham & vegetable skillet

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Potatoes; unpeeled and cut in 1/2" cubes
1 large Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 Zucchini; chopped
1 large Tomato; cut in eighths
2 cans Hormel Chunk Ham; 5 oz size, drained and flaked
½ cup Cheddar cheese; grated

In 10" skillet over med-high heat cook potatoes and onions 5 minutes or until brown and almost tender. Add green pepper and zucchini. Cook 5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add tomato and ham.
