2mediumsPotatoes; unpeeled and cut in 1/2\" cubes
1largeOnion; chopped
1tablespoonOil
1Green pepper; chopped
1Zucchini; chopped
1largeTomato; cut in eighths
2cansHormel Chunk Ham; 5 oz size, drained and flaked
½cupCheddar cheese; grated

Directions

In 10" skillet over med-high heat cook potatoes and onions 5 minutes or until brown and almost tender. Add green pepper and zucchini. Cook 5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add tomato and ham.
