Halvah (traditional jewish candy)

Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | cup | Honey |
2 | cups | Sesame Butter, <<OR>> |
2 | cups | Sesame Seeds, ground* |
1 | cup | Dry Milk |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
In medium saucepan bring 1 cup honey to boil; remove from heat. Blend in sesame butter or sesame seed. Mix in dry milk and vanilla. Spread into 8-inch cake pan, large bread pan or Tupperware sandwich boxes. Cut into small squares and regrigerate in pan or boxes. If using ground seed, butter pan first. Serve as nutritious snack or dessert.
NOTES : *Measure AFTER grinding in blender.
