Halibut with portabella mushrooms packets

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
4 \N Halibut steaks (3/4 to 1-inch thick each)
8 ounces Fresh Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Filippo Berio Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Salt

PREHEAT Grill to medium-high or preheat oven to 450 degrees F. CENTER one fish on each sheet of aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon one-fourth of mushroom mixture over each fish steak. BRING up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulatio inside packet. Repeat to make 4 packets. GRILL 12 to 14 minutes on medium-high in covered grill OR BAKE 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
