2 \N Cl Fresh garlic
2 \N Zucchini; cubed
1 \N Eggplant; cubed
2 \N Peppers; diced
1 pounds Fresh string beans cut into pieces
2 \N Fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon Oregano
\N dash Salt

Add the zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and string beans and saute until soft. Add the fresh tomatoes, oregano, and salt. Stir and saute for 5 mins longer.
