Guisadong sitao (sauteed long beans)

| 3 | cups | Chinese long beans (sitao); cut into 2-inch pieces |
| 1 | each | Tb vegetable oil |
| 2 | eaches | Clove garlic; minced |
| 2 | mediums | Onion; sliced |
| 1 | medium | Tomato; sliced |
| ½ | cup | Sliced pork |
| ½ | cup | Shrimp; shelled |
| ¼ | cup | Shrimp juice (optional) |
| 1 | each | Tb soy sauce) |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
YIELD: 5 SERVINGS
In a skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add onion and tomato slices and cook for 2 minutes. Add pork and soy sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until pork is tender.
Add shrimps, long beans, shrimp juice, a little salt and pepper, and let cook for another 10-15 minutes or until long beans are tender.
Correct seasoning to taste. Transfer to a serving container and serve immediately. Serves 4-5 Note: Green beans can be used in palce of the long beans in this recipe.
