Grilled tuna with green peppercorns - bon appetit

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | (1/4 stick) butter, room temperature |
| 1 | tablespoon | Green peppercorns in brine, drained and chopped |
| 2 | 7-oz tuna steaks | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| Olive oil | ||
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Combine butter and peppercorns. Rub tuna with lemon juice. Brush with oil.
Place on grill. Cook to desired degree of doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium. Transfer to plates. Spread with peppercorn butter. Serve with lemon wedges.
