Grilled chicken with tandoori spices

| ¾ | cup | Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lime Juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | large | Garlic Clove, minced |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Ginger, minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt or to taste |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground Cumin |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground Coriander |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Tumeric |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cardamon |
| dash | Ground Nutmeg | |
Directions
Wash and dry the chicken pieces and place them in a glass or ceramic bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour the marinade over the chicken. Let marinate for 6 hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill the pieces about 4 to 6 inches from the coals for about 30 to 45 minutes or until all pieces have cooked through. Turn chicken occasionally during the grilling process.
