Grilled chicken and pineapple

Measure Ingredient
1 can Pineapple slices; undrained (20oz.)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
5 \N Boneless chicken breast halves

Combine pineapple, lemon juice, vegetable oil, oregano and garlic powder in a shallow non- metallic dish. Add chicken breast halves; turning to coat.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 15 minutes. Grill or broil chicken and pineapple 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink.

Yield: 5 servings.
