Green potato pies

| 4 | Baking potatoes | |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Margarine |
| Shredded cheddar cheese | ||
| ¼ | cup | Cooked spinach -- chopped |
Directions
Place potatoes and cut them in half lenthwise. Scoop the potatoes from the skins into a mixing bowl. Add milk and margarine and mash the potatoes. Stir in cheese and spinach. Then scoop the mixture back into the potato skins. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
