DIRECTIONS
Stew the chicken with chopped onion, carrots, celery and salt/pepper until chicken is done and tender. Take ½ cup of the broth for making dumplings. In a bowl, mix 2 beaten eggs, the broth, flour, and baking powder. roll out the dumplings and cut into pieces, not too thin nor fat. Drop into the simmering stew and cook, covered tightly, for about 15 minutes.
