2tablespoonsButter
1cupSliced mushrooms
½cupSliced scallions; incl tops
2tablespoonsDry vermouth; OR
2tablespoonsChicken broth
cupHeavy cream
tablespoonSun-dried tomato paste

Directions

Saute veal in butter until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add scallions & mushrooms. Saute lightly. Add vermouth or chicken broth & bring to a boil. Add cream & tomato paste. Cook 2 mins.
