Directions
Mix: Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Ginger Spice Muffins: Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients and stir just till moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups ⅔ full and bake 15 minutes until golden.
