3 tablespoons | Fresh ginger; minced |
1 quart | Plus 3 cups cold water |
1 cup | Milk |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
¼ cup | Heavy cream; cold |
1 ounce | Fine dark chocolate; grated |
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
Combine coffee, 1-½ tsp. cardamom and ginger. Brew with cold water using desired method. Combine milk and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
