|½ cup||Ground coffee; heaping|
|2 teaspoons||Ground cardamom|
|3 tablespoons||Fresh ginger; minced|
|1 quart||Plus 3 cups cold water|
|¼ cup||Heavy cream; cold|
|1 ounce||Fine dark chocolate; grated|
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
Combine coffee, 1-½ tsp. cardamom and ginger. Brew with cold water using desired method. Combine milk and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
