Ginger ale-sherbet punch

Yield: 50 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 quarts Ginger ale
7 pints Sherbet (mint or orange)
2 \N Or
3 pints Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Combine 1 quart ginger ale and 1 pint sherbet, beating well before adding any more. Continue adding in these proportions as needed. For extra "body" to the punch, add 2 or 3 pints of vanilla ice cream every so often. Yield: 50 (½-cup) servings.
