Ginger orange squash

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Frozen cubed squash
2 tablespoons Orange juice
¼ teaspoon Each salt and ginger
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
\N pinch Each nutmeg and pepper.

In suacepan, bring small amount of water to boil; add squash. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 6 minutes or until tender; drain. Mash squash; beat in butter, orange juice and rind, salt, ginger, nutmeg and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
