Measure | Ingredient |

3 cups | Frozen cubed squash |
2 tablespoons | Orange juice |
¼ teaspoon | Each salt and ginger |
2 tablespoons | Butter |
1 teaspoon | Grated orange rind |
\N pinch | Each nutmeg and pepper. |
In suacepan, bring small amount of water to boil; add squash. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 6 minutes or until tender; drain. Mash squash; beat in butter, orange juice and rind, salt, ginger, nutmeg and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
