Ginberbread men cookies (corrected)

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Shortening |
| 1 | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1½ | cup | Dark molasses |
| ⅔ | cup | Cold water |
| 2½ | cup | FLOUR*** |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Allspice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cloves |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Mix shortening, sugar, and molasses thoroughly. Stir in water. Blend all dry ingredients. Blend all together. Chill. Heat oven to 350.
Roll dough to ¼" thick. Cut into shapes. Place far apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes (cut baking time in half if you want them soft) Ice when cool.
