Gemelli with feta,mint&olives

4ouncesFeta cheese; crumbled
½cupKalamata olives; sliced
½cupMint leaves; chopped
2tablespoonsExtra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonLemon juice
18teaspoonsGround black pepper
1ounceFresh spinach; stems removed& torn

Directions

In a large saucepot,prepare pasta as label directs. Meanwhile combine cheese,olives,mint,olive oil,lemon juice and pepper. Drain pasta,return to pot, Add the cheese mixture and spinach;toss well.
