Gemelli with feta,mint&olives

4 | ounces | Feta cheese; crumbled |
½ | cup | Kalamata olives; sliced |
½ | cup | Mint leaves; chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
18 | teaspoons | Ground black pepper |
1 | ounce | Fresh spinach; stems removed& torn |
Directions
In a large saucepot,prepare pasta as label directs. Meanwhile combine cheese,olives,mint,olive oil,lemon juice and pepper. Drain pasta,return to pot, Add the cheese mixture and spinach;toss well.
