Gateau de crepes paula

100gramsGround almonds
1teaspoonAlmond flavor
375gramsSemi sweet chocolate chips
75gramsButter

Directions

Bring milk with vanilla bean to a boil. Put eggs in a bowl, add sugar, flour mix well. Pour milk while stirring. Put back on fire (low), remove when it boils. Add butter and almond flavoring. At last minute add ground almonds. Melt the chocolate with a little bit of water, add the butter. Mix well. Spread the crepes (6 total) with the cremes frangipanes. Layer them with the cremes in between. At the end cover with chocolate souce. Serve warm.

Crepes are made with a standard crepe recipe. I prefer a non dessert crepe.
