My crepes

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 larges Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Milk
\N \N Water to right consistency

Throw everything except water in processor. Pulse a couple of times to mix. Add water til mixture is fairly runny. Let rest 15 to 30 minutes. Make crepes as usual. This is great with a filling of cottage cheese and strawberries.
