Garlic and cheese toast (parmesan aioli)

| 1 | cup | Light mayonnaise |
| 2 | mediums | Cloves garlic, peeled, forced through a press |
| ¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| 16 | Slices ( 1/4-inch thick) French or Italian bread | |
Directions
1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic and Parmesan.
2. Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast on one side under a hot broiler.
3. Turn and spread the garlic mayonnaise on the toast and broil until golden and bubbly.
