Garlic & cheese toast (parmesan aioli)

Yield: 16 Slices

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Light mayonnaise
2 mediums Cloves garlic, peeled, forced through a press
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
16 \N Slices ( 1/4-inch thick) French or Italian bread

1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic and Parmesan.

2. Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast on one side under a hot broiler.

3. Turn and spread the garlic mayonnaise on the toast and broil until golden and bubbly.

Nutrition information per slice: 156 calories, 4 g protein, 6 g fat (2 g saturated), 19 g carbohydrate, 345 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol.
