Fritos® chicken fried steak

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Top round steaks; (6 oz each) ask butcher to cube for you
3 \N Eggs; beaten
¼ cup Milk
1 cup All-purpose flour; (seasoned with teaspoon black pepper teaspoon granulated garlic
3 cups Crushed fritos® brand corn chips
\N \N Oil for frying

In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk and set aside. In a second bowl, mix flour, black pepper and garlic. Coat steak with flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll in Fritos® brand Corn Chips to coat (press crumbs in well to adhere). Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes while preparing rest of meal.
