Yield: 48 Servings
|8 cups||Thinly sliced apples; peeled|
|½ cup||Unsweetened apple juice concentrate; frozen|
|1 pinch||Ground cloves|
Combine apples, undiluted apple juice concentrate, water, cinnamon, allspice and cloves in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Spoon mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator. Makes 3 cups.
