Formosan pork

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Pork; in sm. pieces |
| 3 | Onions; chopped fine | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| ½ | Head cabbage; finely shredded | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped gingerroot |
| 3 | Green peppers; in 1/2\" squares | |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add pork and onion. Stir-fry unitl limp. Add soy sauce and cabbage. Cook until cabbage is crisp tender. Add gingerroot, green peppers, salt and sugar. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
