Formosan pork

Ingredients

3tablespoonsOil
½poundsPork; in sm. pieces
3Onions; chopped fine
3tablespoonsSoy sauce
½Head cabbage; finely shredded
1tablespoonChopped gingerroot
3Green peppers; in 1/2\" squares
1pinchSalt
1teaspoonSugar
Hot cooked rice

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add pork and onion. Stir-fry unitl limp. Add soy sauce and cabbage. Cook until cabbage is crisp tender. Add gingerroot, green peppers, salt and sugar. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
