Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Nondairy Powdered Creamer |
1 cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Instant Coffee Granules OR |
½ cup | Coffee Crystals |
½ cup | Unsweetened Cocoa |
1 dash | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
¼ teaspoon | Almond Extract |
\N \N | Boiling Water |
\N \N | Whipped Cream -- if desired |
In lrg. bowl, combine all ingredients except extracts, boiling water and whipped cream; mix well. Place 1½ cups of mixture in sm.
bowl. Add vanilla extract; mix well. Add almond extract to remaining mixture in large bowl; mix well. Store each in tightly covered container. To serve: Combine 3 tbsp. of desired mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend. Garnish with whipped cream. Makes 1 ½ cups of each flavor of mix.
