Ez mexican rice

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Long grain white rice; (uncooked)
1 cup Diced onion
3 tablespoons Canola or vegetable oil
cup Pace Picante Sauce; ( thick and chunky)
1 cup Water
1 pounds Browned and drained ground beef

In a large skillet heat the oil and add the rice and onion. Saute until rice is browned. To this mixture add the Pace Picante sauce and water.

Simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add the ground beef and stir. You're ready to eat.
