Ez mexican rice

1cupLong grain white rice; (uncooked)
1cupDiced onion
3tablespoonsCanola or vegetable oil
cupPace Picante Sauce; ( thick and chunky)
1cupWater
1poundsBrowned and drained ground beef

Directions

In a large skillet heat the oil and add the rice and onion. Saute until rice is browned. To this mixture add the Pace Picante sauce and water.

Simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add the ground beef and stir. You're ready to eat.
