|2 tablespoons||Fresh rosemary leaves; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh sage leaves; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh thyme leaves; chopped|
|4 tablespoons||Freshly ground black pepper|
|4 tablespoons||Kosher salt|
|4 tablespoons||Extra virgin olive oil|
Pat meat dry. In a small bowl combine all spices until well mixed. Coat meat with rub. Brush meat with olive oil.
