Fig and merguez salad

Measure Ingredient
250 grams Merguez sausages
1 can Chick peas; drained
1 \N Red onion; sliced and grilled
1 \N Tomato; peeled and sliced
1 pack Flat parsley; picked
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
4 \N Figs; sliced
\N \N Olive oil
1 \N Lemon; juice of
75 grams Feta cheese; crumbled

Grill the sausages and slice 3cm thick.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Pile nicely on serving plates.
