Fiesta salmon

Ingredients

½can(11 oz) condensed of cheddar cheese soup
3tablespoonsMilk
3tablespoonsChopped canned green chili peppers
teaspoonInstant minced onion
1can(7 3/4-oz) salmon -or-
1can(6.5-7 oz) tuna, drained and broken into chunks
¾cupCoarsely crushed tortilla chips

Directions

In a saucepan combine soup, milk, chili peppers, and onion. Heat and stir until bubbly. Stir in salmon or tuna and ½ cup of the corn chips. Turn mixture into two 8-ounce individual casseroles. Top with remaining tortilla chips.
