Fiesta salmon

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ can (11 oz) condensed of cheddar cheese soup
3 tablespoons Milk
3 tablespoons Chopped canned green chili peppers
teaspoon Instant minced onion
1 can (7 3/4-oz) salmon -or-
1 can (6.5-7 oz) tuna, drained and broken into chunks
¾ cup Coarsely crushed tortilla chips

In a saucepan combine soup, milk, chili peppers, and onion. Heat and stir until bubbly. Stir in salmon or tuna and ½ cup of the corn chips. Turn mixture into two 8-ounce individual casseroles. Top with remaining tortilla chips.
