Farm fresh pumpkin pie

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Pumpkin, cooked |
| 1½ | cup | Evaporated Milk |
| ½ | cup | Brown Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ginger |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Cloves |
| 4 | Eggs, slightly beaten | |
| 1 | Pie Shell, baked | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a double boiler and cook until thick.
Cool and poor into pie shell.
This pie filling can also be served as a pudding.
