Magic pumpkin pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Pumpkin
1⅓ cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 \N Egg
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Ginger
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 \N (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Blend all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
