Family tuna scallop

Ingredients

6mediums-size Potatoes; pared sliced
1largeOnion; chopped (1 cup)

6teaspoonsOr 3/4 stick margarine;
6tablespoonsFlour;

¼teaspoonPepper;
cupMilk;
2cans(7-oz) tuna; flaked drained
1cupCut green beans; -=OR=-
1packFrozen green beans;

Directions

Partially boil potatoes approximately 10 minutes, drain. Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft in medium-size saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly until bubbly. Stir in milk. Continue cooking and stirring sauce thickens or boils one minute. Layer ⅓ potatoes, tuna and beans and sauce into 10 cup baking dish. Repeat ot make 2 more layers of each. Cover.
