Falafel (edwards)

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Dried chickpeas; soaked in Water for 24 hours |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Finely minced onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Finely minced parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
| 2 | Garlic cloves; finely minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | dash | Black pepper |
Directions
Drain the chickpeas well and place them and other ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture is of the consistency of coarse corn meal. Form into patties and fry.
