Fagiolini

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Green Beans - Italian style
½ teaspoon Garlic, minced fresh
\N \N Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil - more if desired

Snip ends from beans and cut into 2 inch pieces. Steam to desired doneness. Add garlic, olive oil and fresh ground pepper and salt to taste. Toss well.

Maranate for at least 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. If Italian green beans are not available, other styles of fresh green beans can be substituted.
