| 1 | pounds | Green Beans - Italian style |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic, minced fresh |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil - more if desired |
Directions
Snip ends from beans and cut into 2 inch pieces. Steam to desired doneness. Add garlic, olive oil and fresh ground pepper and salt to taste. Toss well.
Maranate for at least 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. If Italian green beans are not available, other styles of fresh green beans can be substituted.
