Ingredients

4tablespoonsOlive oil
28ouncesCan crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper
1teaspoonOregano
15ouncesCan cannellini beans
1poundsDitalini, cooked firm
(reserve one cup liquid)
Grated cheese
Red pepper flakes

Directions

Saute garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 15 minutes. Add oregano and cannellini beans, simmer 10 minutes longer. Add cooked ditalini and some reserved cooking liquid, if needed; stir. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve wih grated cheese and red pepper flakes to taste.
