Evie's favorite chicken wings

Quantity Ingredient
10 Whole chicken wings; separated
½ cup Water
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Dry white wine
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
small Sliver garlic
Pepper to taste

Unceremoniously dump into pan. Cook covered for about 30 minutes. Uncover the last fifteen minutes and stir to glaze.
