Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Beef (stewing beef) diced in 1 1/2 to 2\" cubes
3 larges Tomatoes; peeled ,seeded and chopped (up to 4)
3 larges Onions; chopped (up to 4)
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Sugar ( about 4 Tbs) to taste
1½ \N Lemons; the juice of, to taste (up to 2)
2 tablespoons Oil

Brown beef in the oil with the onions until onions start to melt, stirring often. This process takes a little while. Stir in tomatoes and cook until they are almost creamy.
