| 3 | larges | Tomatoes; peeled ,seeded and chopped (up to 4) |
| 3 | larges | Onions; chopped (up to 4) |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Sugar ( about 4 Tbs) to taste | ||
| 1½ | Lemons; the juice of, to taste (up to 2) | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Directions
Brown beef in the oil with the onions until onions start to melt, stirring often. This process takes a little while. Stir in tomatoes and cook until they are almost creamy.
