Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
1 Onion; chopped
2 Chili peppers; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 cup Cooked tomatoes
Oregano
Cumin
1 Sprig of thyme
1 Sage leaf
Salt
Paprika

1. Cook onions and peppers in oil.

2. Add tomatoes and seasoning and simmer well.

3. Correct seasoning.
