Elliot and sara's red pepper bread

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Water
¼ cup Tomato juice
2 tablespoons Molasses
2½ cup Bread flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Butter; chopped
½ cup Minced red bell pepper
1½ teaspoon Dried tarragon
1½ teaspoon Bread machine yeast

Place ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer's directions.

Select regular baking cycle, light crust setting, and start machine. Makes a 1½ pound loaf.
