|2 tablespoons||Vegetable oil|
|5 packs||Lipton Cajun Rice & Sauce|

|2 cans||Ro-tel tomatoes; 10 oz|
Brown the beef lightly and drain well. Transfer to a large stock pot. Add the water and oil and bring to a boil. Add the rice mix and tomatoes, stirring well. Let mixture come to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 25 minutes or until the rice is done.
