Eggnog cheesecake 17

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Low-fat graham cracker
3 tablespoons Margarine, melted
8 ounces Fat-free cream cheese,
14 ounces Fat-free sweetened condensed
1 Egg white, whipped
½ teaspoon Rum extract
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 300. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine. Press into bottom of prepared pan. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, milk, egg white, rum extract, and nutmeg. Pour into crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until lighly browned.
