Eggnog cheesecake

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 8 oz cream cheese, soft
1 can 14 oz condensed milk
1 Egg
½ teaspoon Brandy or rum extract
⅛ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 Graham cracker pie crust
Whipped topping & ground
Nutmeg for garnish

In large bowl, with electric mixer, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk, egg, extract and nutmeg and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.

Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or just until set. Cook completely. Chill for 3-4 hours, and garnish. Serve.
