Double cheese tortellini

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cans; (16 ounces each)
\N \N Stewed tomatoes
½ teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
1 pack Uncooked; (7.05 ounces)
\N \N Dried cheese-filled tortellini
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
\N \N ; (4 ounces)

Heat tomatoes and oregano to boiling in 3-quart saucepan; stir in tortellini. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, stirring occasionally, until tortellini is of desired doneness, 20 to 25 minutes.

(Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water during last 5 minutes of cooking, if necessary, to prevent sticking.) Top each serving with ¼ cup cheese. 4 SERVINGS.
