| ½ | pounds | Grated cheddar cheese |

Directions
I know tihs recipe sounds unusual - that's what I thought the first time I read it. My girlfriend, Debbie, makes this for her family all the time and they love it.
In blender, blend chiles and onion. Add soup, sourcream and cheddar cheese and blend. Add crumbled Doritos and bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.
