1 bunch | Basil - chopped |
½ cup | Sundried tomatoes in oil - drained |
\N \N | Parmesan cheese |
Directions: Heat oil in sauce pan and add garlic. Saute' for one minute.
Add onion, tomato paste, diced tomato, sundried tomatoes and basil to taste. Cook and simmer for 1 - ½ hours. Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
