Diabetic big cookie

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ ounce Oatmeal; dry
⅓ cup Nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Raisins
2 tablespoons Peanut butter; (chunky)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ \N Banana;(mashed)(adds sweet)
2 tablespoons Water; (maybe 3 T)

Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 F. for 5-8 min. Do not over-bake. This makes 2 soft cookies. 1 cookie = 1 bread, ½ milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.
