|Turkey legs and wings (jointed)|
|1 tablespoon||Pepper vinegar|
|1 tablespoon||Made mustard|
|1 tablespoon||Celery sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Acid fruit jelly|
|Little salt and pepper|
"Place the legs and wings (jointed) on a gridiron. Broil slowly. Have ready a sauce made of - 1 Tablsp pepper vinegar, 1Tablsp made mustard, 1 T celery sauce, 1 Tablesp acid fruit jelly. A little salt and pepper. Lay the broiled turkey on a hot dish. Pour the dressing and sift pouned cracker over it"
