|2 cans||(16oz) Premium Black Beans; rinsed and drained|
|1 can||(16oz) Corn; rinsed and drained|
|1 can||(8oz) Red Kidney Beans; rinsed and drained|
|1||Red Bellpepper; diced|
|1||Green Bellpepper; diced|
|½ bunch||Cilantro; finely chopped, not too fine though|
|1||Red Onion; diced|
|1||Lime ; Juice of|
|Salt to taste|
|Black Pepper to taste|
|1 tablespoon||Olive Oil|
|2 tablespoons||Italian Dressing|
Mix together in a large bowl and refrigerate. Better on the second day once the flavors blend together. You can use more or less italian Dressing if you chose, you don't want a lot of liquid in the salad.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
