2 cans | (16oz) Premium Black Beans; rinsed and drained |
1 can | (16oz) Corn; rinsed and drained |
1 can | (8oz) Red Kidney Beans; rinsed and drained |
1 \N | Red Bellpepper; diced |
1 \N | Green Bellpepper; diced |
½ bunch | Cilantro; finely chopped, not too fine though |
1 \N | Red Onion; diced |
1 \N | Lime ; Juice of |
\N \N | Salt to taste |
\N \N | Black Pepper to taste |
1 tablespoon | Olive Oil |
1 tablespoon | Honey |
2 tablespoons | Italian Dressing |
Mix together in a large bowl and refrigerate. Better on the second day once the flavors blend together. You can use more or less italian Dressing if you chose, you don't want a lot of liquid in the salad.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
