Dave's black bean/corn salad

Measure Ingredient
2 cans (16oz) Premium Black Beans; rinsed and drained
1 can (16oz) Corn; rinsed and drained
1 can (8oz) Red Kidney Beans; rinsed and drained
1 \N Red Bellpepper; diced
1 \N Green Bellpepper; diced
½ bunch Cilantro; finely chopped, not too fine though
1 \N Red Onion; diced
1 \N Lime ; Juice of
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Black Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoons Italian Dressing

Mix together in a large bowl and refrigerate. Better on the second day once the flavors blend together. You can use more or less italian Dressing if you chose, you don't want a lot of liquid in the salad.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
