8 ounces | Cherries; glazed |
8 ounces | Mixed fruit |
2 pounds | Each of: raisins; dates, currents |
Sorry about the responses you received regarding your inquiry, I don't have the recipe in fact never even heard of the bakery but I do have a very good one taken from my Simply Delicious Cooking 2 cookbook, enjoy. Chef K Cream the shortening and sugar, add beaten eggs, molasses and coffee / rum.
Mix well. Add spices to flour and add to mixture. Add strawberry jam and fruit last. Divide into two, five pound pans which have been greased and floured. Bake for 3 hours in a preheated oven at 275 - 300 F (150 - 160 C).
